Thank you for using Aurora. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Refund eligibility and processing are governed primarily by Apple or Google, as applicable.
Aurora offers Journal and Premium subscription plans that grant recurring credits each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Subscription credits do not expire. If you cancel, you keep unused credits already in your wallet; you will not receive new subscription credit grants without an active subscription.
Aurora also offers pay-as-you-go credit packs (consumable in-app purchases). Credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account, except as required by applicable law or your app store's policies. Pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months from the purchase date.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You retain access to subscription benefits and unused credits according to our Terms of Service.
Refund requests for App Store or Play Store purchases must be submitted to the store where you bought:

If Apple, Google, or our payment processor issues a refund for a subscription period or credit pack purchase, we may deduct the corresponding credits from your Aurora wallet, including credits you have already spent. Your balance will not go below zero.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests or take account action if we determine that refund or purchase policies are being abused (for example, repeated purchase and refund of the same subscription or credit pack).
